I get a timeout Error when Downloading Emails

Q- Sometimes email with larger attachments in Outlook don't fully download and I get a timeout error. Usually if I shut down OA momentarily (I am behind a firewall router) I can get the message. Of course, I would rather not ever shut down OA. Is this a known problem?

A- It does sometimes happen - You could turn off the Spam Filter, or turn off the mail shield temporarily which would help.
