How to Get More Help
If you are encountering issues with Online Armor or have questions not addressed in this online help, there are two main ways to get support:
Support Forums
Our primary venue for technical support is the Online Armor support forum, which can be found at http://support.tallemu.com/
Our online discussion forums are regularly monitored by the Online Armor team, as well as enthusiastic users who are happy to help when they can. Feel free to join the forum by creating an account. You do not need an account to read the forum, but you will need one to post.
Before posting a new question it is best to use the forum Search to see if there is an existing discussion on the subject. You may also want to peruse the help forums for the same reason. If you find a discussion and have any questions or comments to add then simply click the “Post Reply” button, or click the “Quote” button on any post to include the comments made in that post.
If you cannot find any discussions on the subject you need, then feel free to create a new thread in the appropriate forum by entering the forum appropriate to your question or comment and clicking the “New Thread” button just above the list of discussion threads.
