Why haven't I received my Licence Key?

Q. I have not received my licence key to use ‘Online Armor’. What should I do?

A. When you purchase Online Armor, our system sends you a licence key automatically. You should receive it within a few moments.

If your ISP has aggressive spam filtering (especially any type of system that requires a person to reply to something before mail gets through), or you run a spam-filter , then please take a moment to compose yourself before sending us a nasty email - chances are it was eaten as Spam.

Our licence keys are literally issued within a second of purchase.
