Online Armor protects the homepage and default search engine set in Internet Explorer, against unwanted changes. Malware and malicious sites will often hijack these settings so that an unwanted site loads every time you start your browser and default searches are redirected to a predetermined web site without your consent.

To combat this, Online Armor will notify you any time something tries to change your homepage or default search engine in Internet Explorer.
